Before mass production, we prepare a sample and send it to you for approval. After approval, we move forward to the next stage.
3. Material & Fabric Sourcing
Fabric is obtained from trusted and dependable suppliers. It is organized on racks within the fabric warehouse and thoroughly inspected before entering the cutting department.
4. Cutting & Printing Process
After sourcing, fabric is precisely cut into panels according to patterns. Based on client specifications, these panels then undergo either printing or embroidery.
5. Sewing & Quality Check
Cut panels are stitched together, bringing the design to life. Each piece is thoroughly inspected to maintain the highest quality standards.
6. Packing & Delivery
Next, all items are pressed, labeled, and carefully packed. They are then securely placed in cartons and shipped through reliable delivery services.
